Ben Birol Abak – President

Ben has over 35 years of industry experience with Magic Global Meetings & Incentives, including many start-up travel companies in Germany, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Turkey, and England. During those years, Ben has made a name for himself as a respected and trusted leader in the meetings industry. He has planned and operated hundreds of meetings of all sizes all over the globe.

Ben started his first tourism career at one of the hotels in the city of Pisa, Italy during his university years. Over the years, he established himself in the MICE sector and was involved in many travel companies as a founding partner in different countries in Europe, such as Allegro Italy in Bologna, Italy; Allegro Holidays in Manchester, United Kingdom; Allegro Tours in Istanbul, Turkey; Meditours in Berlin, Germany and Magic USA Tours in USA.

In 1999, Magic Global Meetings & Incentives opened its doors as a cutting edge meetings logistics provider with an emphasis in sectors like pharmaceutical, technology and automotive. Within a few years, the MGMI established itself as a leader in the industry.
